Children under 3 years of age F.O.C
A maximum of 2 children under the age of 12 allowed to share chalet with parents.
In adherence to International spa standards children under the age of 12 will not be allowed in Wellness centre.

Rates include the following:

Breakfast and Dinner
All taxes and tourism levies
A 6000 hectare Nature Reserve featuring 25 different wildlife species.
Full use of the Wellness Village (outdoor and heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym, relaxing area, refreshments)

General Terms & Conditions:

All Rates & Conditios subject to change without prior notice
All Rates are quoted in Namibia Dollars (N$) per person per night
All Rates include Namibian Tourism levy and 15 % Value Added Tax (VAT)
All reservations to be confirmed in writing and a deposit of 50% is required to confirm any booking
The full outstanding account is to be settled on check-out.

Cancellation Policy

30 – 16 days prior to arrival – 50%
15 – 11 days prior to arrival – 75%
10 days or less prior to arrival – 100%
No-Show – 100%

WELLNESS ETIQUETTE

APPOINTMENTS AND RESERVATIONS
We recommend scheduling your spa appointments prior to your arrival at the spa.
Reservations are subject to availability.
Please remember that our wellness centre is a place of peace and tranquillity.
No children under 12 allowed.
No alcohol and glass is allowed in the wellness centre.
The use of cell phones and noise creating devices is prohibited

SPECIAL HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS
Please notify our reservations department if you have any physical ailments, special needs or dietary requirements.

LATE ARRIVAL/CANCELLATIONS
Treatment times are reserved especially for you. As a courtesy to following guests, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged the full treatment fee.
We request that cancellations are made 24 hours in advance.
No show appointments will be charged in full.

ATTIRE
Hotel guests are kindly requested to use the robes provided in their chalet.
Slippers can be purchased in the Wellness Centre.
We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing swimwear in the Hilltop Restaurant and TokoBar. Please ensure appropriate cover-up attire when dining or enjoying a drink.

Wellness facilities: 07H30 – 19H00

AGE REQUIREMENTS
In accordance to international spa regulations, no children under the age of 12 are permitted to enter the spa or use the spa facilities including the indoor swimming pool.

VALUABLES
The Lodge is not responsible for any damage or loss of your personal belongings.
Our recommendation is not to bring valuables to the spa, although lockers are provided for storage of personal belongings.

EATING AND DRINKING
Please try not to eat for at least an hour before a treatment and our recommendation is to avoid the consumption of alcohol on the day of a treatment.
Also remember to drink plenty of water before and afterwards.
Alcoholic beverages and food are not permitted in the treatment hubs or wellness centre.
